Order Process:

1. Online Ordering: The simplest and most convenient way to place an order is through our website. When placing on online order via our secure shopping cart, take your time to specify any product option.You will receive your confirmation order sheet after the checkout process. Your order invoice will read $0.00 for shipping as we calculate the costs based on your individual package; total tax and shipping charges will be added to final invoice and confirmed via e.mail prior to shipping.

2. Fax Ordering: If you are not comfortable placing an order over our secure website, please feel free to fax in an order using our downloadable order form. Simply download the 'Order Form', enter your information, and fax to: 250.632.5227

Most orders are shipped 2 to 4 business days upon receipt. Orders received after 2pm PST are considered received 'the next day'.
